“Perfect Food, Perfectly Made”: a family Taiwanese kitchen in Syosset.
Eatery19 started with a family and a handful of recipes carried across an ocean. Our name, 食全食美, is a wish more than a slogan: perfect food, perfectly made, every time the ticket prints.
We cook the dishes we grew up eating. Beef shank simmers for hours, until the broth turns deep and glossy. On weekends we fold gua bao around braised pork belly, and the railway bento is the version the trains of Taiwan used to serve. None of it is reinvented. We make it to order, the way our family always has.
